The idea of underground line 4 appeared in 1972, but construction started only in 2004 and it is quite slow. The date of opening has been changed many times. Construction costs are also getting higher and higher.
I have a friend who lives at Móricz Zsigmond Square and he said that the noise of construction works is very loud. The smog is also big. He has to wash his car 4 times a week because the dust keeps covering it.
